Open Enrollment Starts Soon! 

Open Enrollment for SDPEBA begins this Fall! This is the only time you can add, remove, or change any of your benefits for 2024. As per usual we will be releasing tons of resources and hosting a few events to make OE as easy as possible. If you want to know when OE starts or when it ends, this article has the answers!

Retirees

SDCERs OE: 11/1/2023 - 11/30/2023

Note that the County OE period is not finalized. We will be able to make changes to SDPEBA’s benefits during the period listed above, but we will update you if these dates change.

Office Visits  

There are individual benefit fairs happening at offices all across the city and county and you will be informed either by us or your supervisors when that’s occurring. Additionally, we will be attending the MEA General Membership meeting on 10/5 as well as the November REA and RFPA meetings.
