Nationwide pet insurance works on a reimbursement model, meaning Nationwide pays your back a percentage of any covered veterinarian bill.
With Nationwide Pet Insurance, you have access to 90%, 70%, and 50%. These plans come with a $250 deductible and a $7,500 maximum per benefit year.
After choosing the percent you want covered, you then can decide if you want to add the Wellness coverage rider. This rider allows you to apply your reimbursement to any preventative care visits to your vet. Those include check-ups, vaccinations, flea/tick grooming, dental care, microchipping and more.
