New SDPEBA Office Hours
In the spirit of continuously bettering ourselves, we’re swapping up our office hours! Moving forward, our phone lines and office will be open at the following times:
Mon: 9am-5pm
Tue: 9am-5pm
Wed: 9am-5pm
Thurs: 9am-5pm
Fri: 10am-5pm
This tweak to Friday’s schedule is to implement new weekly trainings for our staff! That way they have dedicated time to learn more about our benefits, answers to the tougher questions we’ve been getting, and details on how to address what you, as SDPEBA members, need.
That being said, when we’re not available you still have several options available to you for finding support!
Check out our Self-Support Site – Our SDPEBA support site is a one-stop-shop to check frequently asked questions and to get digital support should you need it. Just head to our support page and type a question into the search bar, if it's in our database, you’ll get your answer in no time! If we haven’t answered that question yet, you can click “submit a request” and send us your question and we’ll get back to you via email!
Check our Content! – You also might be able to find your answer on our site! We host PEBA Talks, blogs, and have pages dedicated to each of our benefits!
Leave a Voicemail – Probably the most obvious solution when phone lines are closed is to leave a detailed voicemail. SDPEBA has a two-business-hour turnaround on voicemails and will get back to you as soon as we’re able!
Email us Directly – You can email us at [email protected]. We’ll get back to you within two business hours! When emailing us let us know your name, which benefits you need support with, and any other pertinent information.
