November 2nd is our first foray into a hybrid event! That means you can either attend in person or online! The in-person event is at the Balboa Park Club and runs from 10-4pm. Whereas the Virtual Event takes place wherever you’ve got a stable internet connection and also runs from 10-4pm.
Note: We highly recommend you attend our in-person event, but if you're unable to attend, join us online!
Before November 2nd, you’ll want to register right away! We have a registration link set up so you can register on your computer by clicking the link below:

Additionally, you’ll want to download Canapii’s app. You can do so by scanning this QR code:
Or you can search Canapii within your phone’s app store. Unsure how to use a QR code? All you need to do is point your phone’s camera at it and click the little box that opens up. If you are struggling, you can also click this link, just be sure you do it on your phone.
Walkthrough of the Event
Once you arrive, you’ll want to check in. We’ll have QR codes posted and ready for you to scan! If you are struggling with QR codes or if they just aren’t your thing, you can go to one of our staff members and they can get you checked in instead.
Why do we need to use this “fancy” Check in System?
We will be running a “game” at this event, much like last year’s Virtual Benefit Fair, and this game will have a cash prize! But you’ll need an account to track where you’ve been and what you’ve done, so you’ll need the Canapii app!
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by checking in and doing various tasks. Many of these tasks can be done ahead of time, such as updating your personal information on the app, uploading your picture, and registering in advance! You can earn even more points during the event by going to each booth and each session!
What do I win?
Cash! Just in time for the holidays too.
We will be sending out more information in the coming days! So be sure you’re checking your emails for the event schedule!
