We're Going Digital! [Information about Open Enrollment]

In order to reduce paper, the spread of COVID-19, and to be more conscious of what we’re putting out in the world, we’re going to be hosting all of our open enrollment content digitally and dramatically reducing the amount of paper materials we’re printing to keep it from ending up in a landfill.

That means you won’t be receiving too many magazines, letters, articles, and postcards. You’ll still receive a few! But, much much less.

What does this mean for you?

Well! Mostly nothing. You will still get, at most, 5 emails from us on an average month, but during open enrollment, that number will jump up to probably 10.

We understand that you probably get plenty of important emails and we’re doing our best to make sure nothing we send out is just adding to the noise. Just so we’re on the same page through email we’ll be sending out: important updates, documents, resources, and changes relating to your benefits; our recurring newsletter comes out every payday (we’ll send more in June); and reminders about our events and webinars (about once a month).

This change also means we’re doing a lot of our forms online too! Almost all of our plans now have a digital enrollment process, which means you don’t have to worry about printing, faxing, or carrying paperwork to and from our office. The same goes for our resources, instead of sending out a physical Open Enrollment magazine/guide, we’re going digital and creating a really cool interactive Open Enrollment guide that has videos, links, and all sorts of neat stuff.

This change has also led to us expanding our online content, stuff like our blog, our podcast, and our webinars! All of this is in service of making it easy for you to access and understand your benefits.

If you have any questions about this change or need any support with your benefits, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Thank you so much for your continued support!
