Open Enrollment starts this month! This is the only time you can add/remove/change any of your benefits for 2023. To make Open Enrollment as simple as possible check out this quick review. 

OE Timeline 

SDPEBA OE: September 15th – November 18th  

Active City/SAP OE: October 24th – November 10th   

Retiree OE: November 1st – November 30th

September 28th OE Guide Comes Out 

October 1st City Appreciation Day 

October 19th Virtual Benefit Fair  

October 24th City/SAP Open Enrollment Starts

January 1st Plans Start
